The Star Inn

The cosy Star Inn, Edenbridge, is at the southern end of the town's High Street. The Vale of Eden is in the heart of the popular tourist area of West Kent and is surrounded by historic places of interest, numerous beauty spots, farms, golf courses and other attractions such as Lingfield Race Course. It is just over a 30 minute drive from Gatwick airport.

The Star is a small inn, the main body being built around the mid eighteenth century. Although the rooms are not large they are adequate, clean and well serviced - containing extensive modern emergency precautions and equipment. Prices on weekdays are for half board, so include a welcoming meal as well as the famous 'Star Inn Full English' breakfast.

With the benefit of no ties to any brewery, the Star enjoys a variety of good lagers and can always be depended on to serve at least one tasty cask conditioned ale as well as  Guinness reputedly the best East of Dublin. Wines are preserved to the best quality by utilising the ample 25cl bottles now available. Food options include breakfast, a pub grub menu and hot bar snacks. See details: -
